1. Service Description

See My Ads is a read-only dashboard for viewing Meta ad account data. It connects to the Meta Marketing API using credentials you provide and displays your campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and performance data in a simplified interface. See My Ads is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Meta ad account to use See My Ads. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Meta API Credentials

You are responsible for the Meta API credentials you provide. You must ensure your use of the Meta Marketing API complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Meta's Advertising Policies. See My Ads is a read-only tool and does not make any changes to your Meta ad account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use See My Ads for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Interfere with or disrupt the service.
Use the service to violate Meta's Platform Terms or Advertising Policies.

6. Service Availability

See My Ads is provided free of charge. We make no guarantee of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of See My Ads is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

See My Ads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data synced from Meta will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verbena Projects LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of See My Ads.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under JAMS rules with a class action waiver, as described in the Verbena Projects LLC Master Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of See My Ads after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
